By Adam Rivers, slot tester — every demo on this site gets a few hundred test spins before I write about it. Published 12 July 2026. 18+ only.
The way to reach Play4U.net is email: [email protected]. Every message gets read, and replies usually go out within a few business days — there’s one tester behind this site, not a support department.
What readers write in about
- Corrections. A wrong RTP figure, an outdated offer, a broken demo — this is the mail that gets answered first. Include the page URL and, ideally, a source for the correct number, and the fix goes live quickly.
- Requests. Want a specific slot tested and added to the free slots library? Name it. The test queue is built partly from these emails.
- Questions. If something in a review reads unclear, ask. When the answer improves the page, the page gets updated too.
- Data disagreements. If your own session log contradicts a figure on one of our pages, send the numbers — tested claims get retested.
One limit we should be upfront about: we can’t fix casino account problems. If a withdrawal is stuck or your documents were rejected, only that casino’s own support can act — Play4U is an information site with no access to any operator’s systems. What we can do is factor your experience into how we rate that brand, so those emails are still welcome.
Casinos and game providers
Operators and studios can use the same address, [email protected]. Mail that gets a fast answer:
- updated spec sheets, RTP configurations, volatility data or release calendars;
- demo access for upcoming titles;
- affiliate program and partnership questions.
Before pitching, read how we test: listings aren’t for sale, scores are editorial, and a press release without numbers usually goes unanswered. Data does better than adjectives here.
How to write so you get a useful reply
Keep the subject line specific — “RTP error on the Big Bamboo page” beats “question”. Link the exact page you mean, and attach screenshots where they help; we open attachments in common formats only, images and PDFs.
Email is currently the only channel: there are no public comment sections and no social inboxes monitored for support. Anything you send is handled as described in the privacy policy, and your address is never published or added to a mailing list.
Response times, honestly
Corrections and factual errors come first, usually within a couple of days. Test requests are batched and answered when the queue gets planned. Partnership mail gets a reply once the numbers have been checked. If you haven’t heard back within a week, one polite follow-up is fine — ten are not. English is the fastest language to get an answer in, though short messages in other languages get puzzled out eventually.
Gambling should stay fun. Set limits before you play, never chase losses, and if it stops feeling like entertainment, get free confidential help at BeGambleAware or GamCare. 18+.
